A Los Angeles judge has refused to dismiss a sexual assault lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs, allowing a case packed with disturbing allegations to move forward in court.

According to a March 5, 2026 minute order from the Superior Court of California in Los Angeles County, the judge rejected an attempt by Combs and several of his companies to have the lawsuit thrown out at an early stage.

The case was brought by music producer Jonathan Hay, who accuses the hip-hop mogul and associates tied to his business empire of a series of abusive incidents spanning years.
